You are not who you think you are- discover it through movement! 

What matters most in existence, is beyond all words. Energy is real, palpable, you can feel it, in one-self and each other. And it’s in this silence that real connection to one’s true nature and others becomes possible.  This is the profound and secret gift of movement- a taste of the temple within.  The body is a powerful tool and it takes on a great deal without our awareness. As a result, movement especially when coupled with awareness can become a powerful mode of transformation and release, tapping into deep states of mind-free consciousness and allowing us to literally embody that which we put our attention on. In this way, movement is one of the most powerful ways to manifest change inside and outside of the body- this is one of the most powerful aspects of yoga. Intention when coupled with movement makes for powerful manifesting as the intention is literally embodied by every cell in your being. Movement and the body are also extraordinary instruments for tapping into your true divinity and discovering you are so much more than who you think you are.
