$99 for ENTIRE 6 week series workshop! Explore the yoga of dance and embody the Sacred Divine Feminine through ritual, movement, meditation, and your own intuitive inspirations. Experience the inner as the outer world and yourself as Consciousness incarnate! Come to terms with the internal and external world as you investigate the Siva Sutra, “…In reality know nothing as pure or impure.” Bring out your most powerful, vital, beautiful you through your own movement, bow at your own feet and learn to see yourself as the Goddess you truly are! This is divining the body. This is sacred dance. No experience needed. -6 week series workshops- Each 6 week series workshop will have a different focus and exploration including: yoni altars/making an altar of the body, engendering space/how we approach space as “men” & “women”, embracing anger for real change, archetypes, dancing sacred geometry, chanting the body of Goddess, gratitude ceremonies, learning to bow at your own feet and everyone else’s, offering dance as pooja etc.. Includes personal empowerment exercises for home practice, beauty rituals, & prescribed personal movement practices to meet individual needs.
