Summer Solstice Ceremony, Moonlight Nectar, Yoga, Sound Bath w/ Crystal Bowls + Gong ...Are you ready for your MOONBATH? Treat yourself and step into YOUR light- it’s time to shine! The word Solstice translates to “Sun standing still” and is a sacred turning point that brings a shift in energy. The Summer Solstice following a Full Moon, gives a boost of power to complete our goals. Seeds planted during the Spring Equinox, are almost ready for harvesting- this is the season for ripening. The Summer Solstice illuminates hidden areas of our lives and encourages us to step forward for all of the world to see. This is a powerful time for manifestation work, to recharge and give thanks to the Sun and Moon in order to embrace the dark and light aspects of ourselves. It’s a time to remember that we, like the sun, contain the power to create, nurture and sustain, and it’s our responsibility to burn as brightly as we can! Celebrate yourself as Light and ignite your fire- a fire to burn away all that you have outgrown, a fire to make the wild things grow… Join Felice Espinoza and Jess Holzworth for a nourishing celestial evening of manifestation, free movement yoga and sound. Let yourself bask in the transformational energy of MOONBATH. The sonic waves of the crystal bowls and the gong resonate with the cells in our bodies. These vibrations soothe the sympathetic nervous system and bring us into a state of harmony. Movement helps us to manifest when we move authentically with joy and intention. The outer world is a reflection of the inner world. If we wish to make change it must begin within. This is the wisdom of embodied movement.
