Service Description

Explore various forms of creative movement and dance in a fun, safe, supportive environment. Sample capoeira, modern dance, creative movement, improvisation, choreography, yoga, movement meditation and ballet. No dance experience needed. Students are encouraged to make dances, especially those inspired by their personal lives, and the natural environment around them. Students learn basic technique in all forms of movement via, supportive, loving, self-empowering methods that encourage intuitive authentic movement and creating a personal relationship with body, self and dance. Self-confidence, fun and joy are our focus! <3, Ages 10-13
